You are my everything
"You're my everything". "I can't live without you".
Does these words sound familiar to you? Well, it is to me. I am so used to saying that to Baby.
Whenever my Mom threatens to give Baby away (she totally hates her constant shedding of fur and habit of chewing on anything that can be grind on), I would hide her in my room and lock the door, protect her away from this cruel world whereby everyone just wants a piece of you.
From the day I saw her at the shop, I thought to myself that I want to save all the temperate dogs in Singapore. Well, I can't save all but I can try by saving this one. So, without hesitation, I picked the Husky up from it's tiny little cage and went to pay. She loved me, I could tell. She licked my hands and lie by my side on the ride home. I knew she was the one. So as a little treasure I always loved to have - I named her "Baby".
Baby was badly pampered as I gave in to her every time she wants something. I would lecture the people who tries to beat her. I showered her with tender loving care like how I would treat my baby girl. Little did I know that she was building her character of domination.
She got out of hand and I decided it was best to send her to a boarding school (Yes, dogs do have boarding school). She doesn't know what is lying in front of her when she sees the trainers pick her up.
She left my house, wagging her tail ferociously thinking that it would be fun. Little did she know that her hell had just began.
Muahahahahahahahaha. Freedom for mommy. But as she walked off, I felt a pang of sour in my heart. There - Baby would be gone for 2 weeks. And become a completely different dog.
But hey! On the bright side, no more chewing on furniture!
But baby, where they knock you down and out
Is where you're oughta stay
